~1,000 People Experience Sudden Cardiac Arrest Outside Of A Hospital Every Day In The U.S.
About 9 in 10 don't survive. Fast CPR and a working, findable AED are the difference between a save and a loss.
Hardware, technology, compliance, and ongoing support.
Most programs are managed by good intentions, a spreadsheet, and someone who is already busy. The gaps stay invisible until the worst possible moment, and then they become the record everyone reviews.
have enacted AED laws, and many require devices, maintenance, and trained responders in gyms, schools, and public spaces.
Owning an AED is only the starting point. Courts increasingly look at whether a device was maintained, accessible, and ready when it mattered.
Routine inspections slip when no one owns them, and there is no documentation to show they happened.
Supplies lapse quietly. A unit can look fine on the wall and fail a readiness check.
Turnover breaks the chain. The people on site may not know where the AED is or how to respond.
When compliance lives in a spreadsheet, it is hard to audit and easy to fall behind.
Every location runs its own informal process, so leadership has no single view of readiness.
Without physician direction and protocols, programs drift out of step with the standard of care.
We took the hardest parts of running an AED program and built the solution around them, so being ready feels less like a burden and more like peace of mind.
No manual checks, no reorder reminders, no site visits. The program does the work so your team does not have to.
Every device monitored, every requirement documented. Reduced risk and heightened compliance, ready for review.
When seconds decide the outcome, your AEDs have fresh pads and batteries, are easy to find, and are backed by a plan that actually works.
An AED only saves a life when someone can find it, it has fresh pads and batteries, and people know what to do. That is the whole reason this program exists: to make sure the moment you hope never comes is the moment you are ready for.

7-10%
drop in survival for every minute that passes without a shock
Up To 90%
survival when a shock is delivered in the first minutes of collapse
These are publicly reported cases, shared here as cautionary illustrations rather than predictions. In each, the question was not whether an AED existed, but whether it was ready, maintained, and supported by trained people.
A man collapsed at a fitness club that had an AED on site. Staff brought the device over but did not use it, and he died. His family filed a wrongful death claim, and New York's highest court allowed the negligence case to move forward.
After a passenger went into cardiac arrest in flight, a lawsuit alleged the aircraft's AED was not charged or working and that crew were not adequately trained to use it. The passenger died. The case remains in active litigation.
A high school athlete collapsed during a game. The school had an AED, but it was not brought to him in time. The Florida Supreme Court held the school owed a duty to take reasonable measures to aid him and allowed the family's case to proceed.

Most programs are held together by good intentions, a spreadsheet, and someone who is already busy. We replace all of that with technology and support, for about $2.63 a day per AED.
The program runs the checks and the tracking, so you do not need a dedicated person to own it.
Remote monitoring lets you know if your AED is ready each day, not just during your monthly inspection.
Replacement pads and batteries are tracked and included through automatic orders with monthly inspections.
In high-turnover environments, the program keeps running the same the day after someone leaves as the day before.
Being ready is one thing. Being able to show it is another. Total Readiness gives you both: reduced risk, heightened compliance, and a clear record that every AED was ready when it mattered.
